An All-Ceramic Crown is made using CAD-CAM technology at a dental laboratory. It is made of a tooth-colored, non-metallic, all ceramic material that is extremely strong and very esthetic.
The procedure can be completed in 2 steps in most cases.

First Appointment (usually lasts about 2 hours)
- Local anesthetic
- Cut remaining enamel off of broken/cracked tooth
- Make impression of tooth preparation
- Place temporary crown on tooth
Second Appointment (usually lasts about 1 hour)
- 3-4 weeks after first appointment
- Local anesthetic
- Remove temporary crown
- Adjust fit of permanent crown
- Cement permanent crown
